Thermal Energy Drying System

Heat provides the main source of energy to create evaporation. Adding air movement creates a synergistic effect which results in faster evaporation. Air exchange is a well known method for removing large quantities of moisture laden air fast and efficiently. We take an air-mover, connect lay flat ducting, vent the tube outside and remove moisture laden air much faster than you can remove the water from the air with a dehumidifier. A modest 2000 cfm heat drying system can exchange the air volume in a 2500sf building with 9’ ceilings once every 11 ¼ minutes. Air exchange is an integral part of most heat drying systems and air exchange can keep up with the fast evaporation rates heat drying produces.

Heat penetrates deep into and through building materials drying areas that are not accessible. Certain materials become irreversibly damaged when wet. Example: MDF or compressed paper baseboard. However, removing these damaged materials after drying, versus removal when wet, reduces the chance of unnecessary secondary damage. Using our Thermal Energy Drying Systems allows us dry your home fast and at the same time reduce the chance for unnecessary demolition which gets you back to normal

Heat Was Ducted Down Through Window Well and Through Window In the Upstairs Unit. This Allowed Us to Heat Dry Two Units at the Same Time.

Upstairs Unit was Packed. Contents and Structure Were Dried In Place. We Heated from the Top and Bottom to Get Everything Dry. This Unit was Vacant.

Hot Air Was Ducted Into Ceiling Of Downstairs Unit which Helped Dry the Upstairs Unit from the Bottom.

3 Upper Units Were Affected and the Lower Common Area from a Frozen Pipe in the Center Upper Unit. The Upper 3 Units Were Empty and the Water From the Center Unit Which Was Packed With Junk Was Threatening the Other 2 Upper Units and Had Flooded the Lower Common Area. We Ducted Heat and Used Air Movement Into the Center Upstairs Unit and the Lower Common Areas. We Were Able To Dry All Areas Affected without Removing Any of the Junk From the Upper Center Unit.
